Dunecember
This Art Challenge began in December 2021. The challenge was to create 15 images during the month of "Dunecember" to celebrate the world of "Dune" created by author Frank Herbert. I chose to illustrate moments from the film by Denis Villeneuve.
Linktober
This Art Challenge began in 2015 as a version of 'Drawlloween' and 'Inktober'. The challenge was to create 31 ink drawings during the month of October, or "Linktober", to celebrate the "Legend of Zelda" series from Nintendo. I have participated to some degree every year since it started.
Maytroid
This Art Challenge began in May of 2020 as a celebration of the 'Metroid' video-game series from Nintendo. The challenge was to create 31 images based on 'Metroid' themed daily prompt words. I helped start this challenge and helped create the prompt list for 2022.
